Why we exist
Every estimate cost something to create.
A lead, a drive, a site visit, and someone's evening writing the quote. When that estimate goes quiet and nobody follows up, that cost is simply lost.
We don't sell ads or promise new leads. We don't replace your CRM. We do the unglamorous work in between: cleaning the list, choosing who to follow up with, preparing the right message for your approval, sorting replies, and reporting what actually happened.
We're starting with HVAC contractors in Ontario, and we work with plumbing, electrical, roofing, concrete, fencing, painting, landscaping, garage door and other service businesses with a meaningful backlog of unclosed estimates.
Practical
We work the estimates you already have, with the tools you already use. No new platform to adopt.
Honest
No guaranteed results, no invented case studies. If your backlog isn't worth rescuing, we'll say so.
