No payment is taken here. We discuss scope first.
Prices in CAD. The pilot is a one-time payment by card or Interac e-Transfer and never renews. Full refund before we receive your estimate list, 50% within the first 7 days of work. Exact deliverables, how customers are contacted, and the estimate data needed are agreed before work starts. Revenue Recovery is discussed and agreed separately. Nobody is enrolled in recurring billing automatically. Results are not guaranteed.
How it starts

Place your pilot order. You get a unique reference right away.

Pay once by card (Stripe) or Interac e-Transfer. Same price either way. We email you once payment is received.

Complete the short onboarding form. We confirm the scope in writing, including who sends follow-ups and how data is shared.

We organize and prioritize up to 50 estimates and prepare follow-up for your approval, then track reported outcomes for 30 days.
- 5
You receive a summary of activity and findings. If it was worthwhile, we can discuss ongoing Revenue Recovery.
What you provide
- An export or spreadsheet of up to 50 past estimates (only the fields we need)
- Your typical job value and the services you most want to win
- How each customer was originally contacted and any opt-out or preference records
- A decision-maker who can approve messaging and take booking calls
Founding-client pricing. Our first 15 pilot clients pay C$219 instead of C$399.
No surprise billing. The pilot is a single payment. You are never enrolled in recurring billing automatically. Revenue Recovery is discussed and agreed separately, in writing.
Agreed before work starts. The exact deliverables, who sends customer messages and through which channel, and what estimate information you can provide are confirmed before we begin.
Refunds. Full refund if you cancel before we receive your estimate list. 50% refund if you cancel within the first 7 days of work. No refund after day 7. Revenue Recovery can be cancelled any time with 30 days' written notice.
Custom scope. High-volume lists, custom integrations or unusual scope may need separate pricing. We'll tell you before you pay.
No guarantees. We don't guarantee bookings or recovered revenue. Results depend on your estimates and how customers respond.
