Terms of Service
The basics of how QuoteRevive works with clients. Last updated June 2026.
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the QuoteRevive website and ordering QuoteRevive services. Each client engagement is also governed by a written scope confirmation we send you before work begins. If the two differ, the written scope confirmation applies.
2. The service
QuoteRevive helps organize and prioritize past estimates, prepare follow-up messages, support an agreed follow-up workflow, and track reported outcomes. The 30-Day Estimate Rescue pilot covers up to 50 estimates. The exact deliverables are confirmed in writing before work starts. Additional work is not automatically included.
3. Customer contact
By default, you send approved follow-up messages through your own business channels. QuoteRevive sends messages on your behalf only if that is agreed in writing, with the necessary permissions in place. We never contact your customers outside the agreed process.
4. No guarantee of results
QuoteRevive does not guarantee replies, bookings, revenue or any specific outcome. Results depend on your estimates and how your customers respond. Hypothetical figures, calculators and demos on this site are illustrations only.
5. Fees and payment
The 30-Day Estimate Rescue is a one-time payment of C$399 CAD (C$219 for our first 15 founding clients), paid by card (processed by Stripe) or Interac e-Transfer, at the same price. It does not renew. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and verified. Revenue Recovery (proposed at C$499 CAD per month) is available only under a separate written agreement. You are never enrolled in recurring billing automatically. High-volume or custom work may be quoted separately.
6. Cancellation and refunds
30-Day Estimate Rescue: you get a full refund if you cancel before we receive your estimate list. If you cancel within the first 7 days after we receive it, you get a 50% refund. After day 7, no refund is available. Revenue Recovery: either party may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice (email is fine), and you won't be charged for any month after the notice period ends. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
7. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for having a lawful basis to contact the customers on your estimate list, including under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) where it applies. Tell us about any customer who has opted out or declined further contact, and honour any opt-out you receive.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, QuoteRevive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
