1. Overview
QuoteRevive (“we”, “us”) is an early-stage service business based in Ontario, Canada. We help contractors and service businesses follow up on past estimates. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and how it's handled.
2. Information collected through this website
Contact form: name, business name, business email, optional phone, trade, approximate estimate count, and any notes you write. Mini-audit: the four numbers or answers you enter, plus your name, business and email only if you request a conversation. Orders and onboarding: name, business, email, optional phone, the plan chosen, and the onboarding details you provide. Message assistant: the estimate details you type in to generate a draft. Please don't enter real customer names there.
3. Why we collect it
To reply to enquiries, prepare and deliver the services you request, confirm payments, send transactional emails about your order (for example, a payment-received confirmation), and improve the service. We do not sell personal information and do not send marketing emails from these forms.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the site: our website hosting and database provider (stores form submissions); a transactional email provider (Resend) to deliver enquiry alerts to our inbox and order emails to you; Stripe to process card payments; and Anthropic's Claude AI model, which receives the text you enter in the message assistant to generate a draft. These providers may process data outside Canada.
5. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Interac e-Transfers are made through your own bank. We keep a record of the amount, date and payment method for each order.
6. Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. A login token is stored in the browser only for the QuoteRevive admin area. Our hosting platform may load a small script needed to serve the site.
7. Client customer data
If you become a client and share estimate records, how that data is transferred, who can access it, how long it's kept and when it's deleted are agreed with you in writing before anything is shared. We use it only for the agreed service, honour opt-out requests promptly, keep a suppression list so opted-out contacts aren't contacted again, and never publish it. Customer lists should not be sent through this website's public forms.
8. Retention and security
Website submissions are kept as long as needed to respond and deliver the service, and you can ask us to delete them. We use reasonable safeguards such as restricted, password-protected admin access, but no system is completely secure and we don't claim any security certification.
9. Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
