How it works
A Managed Process, Not Another App.
Here's exactly what happens to your estimate list, which steps need your approval, and where a person makes the call.
- 1
Collect the estimate list
You share an agreed export or spreadsheet of past estimates. No passwords or CRM access required.
- 2
Clean and normalize the records
We tidy names, dates, values, services and contact details into one consistent format.
- 3
Prioritize the opportunities
Estimates are ranked by age, value, service, customer history and contact status.
- 4
Prepare suitable follow-up messages
Each segment gets a relevant message — a fresh quote is treated differently from a dormant one.
- 5
Obtain your approval
You review and approve the messaging before anything goes to your customers.
- 6
Send through the agreed channel
Usually you send the approved messages from your own phone or email. QuoteRevive sends on your behalf only when permissions are agreed in writing.
- 7
Stop when the customer responds
The sequence stops when a customer replies, books, declines, or asks not to be contacted.
- 8
Track outcomes and report
You tell us about replies, bookings and wins (or we log them if we're sending). We record every outcome and summarize what happened.
Prioritization
Each Estimate Gets a Relevant Next Action.
Segments are based on age. Scores then weigh value against your normal job, previous engagement, and how profitable the service is for you. Declines and opt-outs override everything.
3–7 days
Light-touch check-in while the quote is top of mind.
8–21 days
Answer open questions and make the next step easy.
22–60 days
One helpful nudge, then close the loop.
61–90 days
Selective, often seasonal re-check. Eligibility reviewed first.
Any age
Declined, opted out, or ineligible. Overrides every score.
What you provide
- An export or spreadsheet of up to 50 past estimates (only the fields we need)
- Your typical job value and the services you most want to win
- How each customer was originally contacted and any opt-out or preference records
- A decision-maker who can approve messaging and take booking calls
Permission, privacy and CASL
Commercial electronic messages in Canada may be subject to CASL. We build the process around that.
- We record the basis for contacting each customer and the purpose of the message.
- Every message identifies your business and includes a simple way to opt out.
- Opt-outs are suppressed immediately and permanently for that list.
- Sequences stop when a customer replies, books, declines or asks not to be contacted.
- Old estimates don't automatically permit unlimited follow-up. Eligibility is reviewed first.
- Customer records are never shown publicly and are handled only for the agreed service.
